Fringe Shots was created with one simple goal: make golf more accessible, less intimidating, and a whole lot more fun. Whether you are just getting started or working on building confidence without spending a fortune, we are here to help you enjoy the game in a real, everyday way.

Golf does not have to feel exclusive. It does not have to be perfect. It does not have to drain your wallet. It should make you want to get back out there again.

That is what Fringe Shots is all about.

Why We Started

For too long, golf has had a reputation for being complicated and out of reach. Beginners often feel like they need expensive lessons or high end equipment before they even know if they like the sport.

We knew there had to be a better way.

Fringe Shots was built for the people who love the game for what it really is. Time outside. Good company. Small wins. Better swings. A chance to improve one shot at a time. Our products are chosen for practicality, affordability, and usefulness, not hype.

No pressure. No overwhelm. Just gear that helps you play with confidence.

A Note From Our Founder

I fell in love with golf in junior college after signing up for a PE credit and deciding to try something new. From that day forward I was all in. When I became a father I introduced my daughter to the game at the age of three. She would ride along in the cart while my friends and I played and by the time she was five she was swinging a club of her own.

I was able to teach her as she grew and she eventually played high school and then college golf. Now in her early twenties she still calls me to go play a round. Through the ups and downs of the teen years, boyfriends, and the busy life of a young professional we stayed connected because of the bond we built through golf.

That experience is the foundation of my dream for Fringe Shots. I want to help others get into the game and share it with the people they love.

The biggest hesitation new golfers have is the belief that golf is extremely expensive. While it is not a cheap hobby, it can be learned and played for far less than most people think. One of my main goals for Fringe Shots is to show the many ways you can enjoy golf on a budget. I hope to build a community of new golfers who love the game and love sharing it with others.
